Booking Policies
To provide the best possible experience for all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to fill the opening and serve others on our waiting list.
Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in an abbreviated service or the need to reschedule, depending on the day's appointments. We value your time and appreciate the same in return.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
